Create your account, pick your role, and start your first RFP in minutes.

Welcome to Strutter, the fastest way to create, manage, and score RFPs with AI. Let's get you set up.

Create your account

  1. Head to rfp.strutterai.com and click Sign Up
  2. Sign in with your email address or Google account
  3. Accept the Terms of Service to continue

If you sign up with email and password, verify your email before you continue to onboarding. Google and SSO sign-in continue immediately when the identity provider has already verified your email address.

Choose your role

During onboarding, you'll pick how you plan to use Strutter:

  • Issue RFPs. Create and manage procurements, invite vendors, score responses.
  • Respond to RFPs. Access the vendor portal to view and respond to RFPs you've been invited to.
  • Both. Do it all from one account.

Don't worry: you can always enable the vendor portal later from your settings.

Your dashboard

After onboarding, you'll land on your dashboard. It shows your RFPs grouped by status:

  • Draft. Still being edited, not visible to vendors.
  • Open. Published and accepting vendor responses.
  • Closed. No longer accepting submissions.
  • Awarded. A winner has been selected (final).

Start your first RFP

Click New RFP from the dashboard. Two options:

  • Generate with AI. Describe what you need, answer a few clarifying questions, and Strutter builds the full RFP for you. Learn more
  • Create manually. Add your own sections, questions, and scoring weights from scratch.

Start responding to RFPs

If you chose the vendor role, head to the vendor portal to view RFPs you've been invited to, draft responses with AI assist, and submit.
