Billing and plans

Manage your subscription, handle billing through Stripe, and upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Strutter offers multiple plan tiers to match your organization's needs. All plans include core RFP management features, with higher tiers unlocking more capacity and advanced tools.

Managing your subscription

Upgrading

Upgrade your plan at any time from Settings. Your new limits take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period.

Downgrading

Downgrade from Settings as well. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you'll keep access to existing data but won't be able to create new RFPs or use AI features beyond the new limits.

Canceling

Cancel your subscription from Settings. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. All your data is preserved, but feature access returns to Free tier limits.

Payment and billing

Strutter uses Stripe for all payment processing. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Enter your payment information through Stripe's secure checkout
  • Billing is monthly, charged on the same day each month
  • Invoices and receipts are available through your Stripe billing portal
  • Update your payment method or billing details anytime from Settings

Strutter does not store credit card numbers. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
