What are AI credits?

Can I invite more than 3 vendors on the Free tier?

Yes. You can invite unlimited vendors on every tier. On the Free tier, you see full results for a limited number of responses. Additional vendor responses are blurred until you upgrade.

What happens when I hit my RFP limit?

Accepted Answer

You can always create and generate RFPs, even at your limit. The gate is at publish time. If you've used all your RFPs for the current period, you'll see an upgrade prompt when you try to publish. Your draft is saved and ready to publish after you upgrade or when the next period begins. See [plans and pricing](/pricing) for limits by tier.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can get started for free. The Free tier includes AI credits, RFP imports, and team access so you can respond to any RFP you're invited to and manage your company profile with no credit card required. If you need more capacity, paid tiers offer higher limits and additional features. Note that vendor and issuer subscriptions are separate. No. Invitation links let you view full RFP details without logging in. You only need to create an account when you're ready to submit a response.
